我20, 185高, 但係接近110KG.  大肚腩,, 但係D手腳有D肌肉. 如果想飲粉. 邊隻可以走肥+增到肌?同埋要唔要飲D咩粉去LOSS WEIGHT?

之前有PESONAL TRAINER 佢叫我飲 Syntha-6唔知好唔好呢?

超級消脂? 又要增肌? 你以為有D 咁既產品嗎?

無論 LIPO 6X 或其他野好, 只有最傳統的方法才能減腩.

如果用左果D藥物, 能令人直接間接 做多左帶氧運動, 才有用.

仲有, Stimulate Insulin 不是減脂肪, 是增脂肪

how is syntha 6 fattening? it has only less than 250 calories per serving

you can lower insulin level to reduce fat but this can be done by eating less sugar or carbohydrate

insulin 是會令到 cells, take up protein, 脂肪等等.

如果要減脂, 理論上, 不是 stimulate insulin, 是減少 insulin release,

但咁做, 會令到血中脂肪增加, 增血壓.

所以, 只有帶氧運動, 才能令到血脂轉做能量, 從而減脂.

另外, 上面JGT 師兄也說得對.

thats right you try to keep insulin level low by eating low GI food like whole grain bread as opposed to white bread. First time I heard ppl in this forum mentioning GI.

true but the ratio between the muscle loss and fat loss within your total weight loss depends on the types of food you eat.

some people suggest using a higher fat, low carbs, high protein diet to prevent muscle loss during the cutting phrase because testosterone level depends on your fat intake. If you eat little fat your body would produce less testosterone to keep up the muscle. We need high protein because when your body is running out of carbs to burn it would utilize fat and later protein in muscle to fuel up your body. to prevent that you need extra protein to be burnt instead of protein of your muscle. Also when you are having a high carbs diet your body would choose primarily to use carbs as the fuel and thus burn less fat.

I actually found this diet easier because you just focus on eating two types of food, fat and protein. I lost 10lb in 4 to 5 weeks following this diet before. But I suggest on the day you lift eat moderate amount of carbs to make sure you have enough energy for the work out.

長期缺乏碳水化合物,且油脂過多,體內新陳代謝不正常,會產生很多酮體,使血液呈酸性,引起酸中毒,甚至死亡!:smile_o16:

similar but you cycle carbohydrates on the day you work out.

I recommend using this diet for no more than 6 weeks. As long as you do not use it in a prolonged time it is ok.

其實都係睇人既體質.
以我黎講, 我一定受唔到. 我在lipo 6x 個cycle 時, 胃口己大減, 飲食以低卡路理為主. 晚上果餐食少d 己經減到
