各位師兄,小弟120lb,一星期重訓4-5日
食緊 Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Isolate (1 Scoop for 32g)
InterActive Micro Creatine (1 Scoop for 5g)

訓練日:
早上3/4 scoop protein
重訓前 1/4 scoop protein + 1 scoop creatine
重訓後 1 scoop protein
訓教前 1/2 scoop protein

非練習日:
早上 1 scoop proatein + 1/2 scoop creatine
睡前 1/2 scoop protein

咁樣食左大約一個月,對我黎講都幾見效,但係唔知依個份量會唔會太多?
另外因為都係食左冇耐,請問師兄有冇咩推介呢?

1 scoop 即係幾多GRAM?

睇佢張標籤係1scoop = 32g protein
1scoop = 5g creatine

咩protein?:loveliness: , whey, caseiin...
120lb 計, 你飲"protein"都已80g, 可能多左dd,
如果已係食肉獸, 可減 1/4 - 1/2 scoop.(自己覺得係操得好, 唔減都得既:smile_13: )
如果唔係減脂,
運動後補番適量carbohydrate仲好, 有助creatine, glycogen回復.
