[b]去哪個國家留學最省錢？[/b]
德國。
德國每個邦的收費標準不一，國立音樂院，從不收學費只收一百多歐的學雜費，到幾百歐元一學期的學費都有，但最多也不外乎每學期（半年）幾百歐元。例如西德北威邦，學費在德國算是偏高的地區，每學期是八百歐元左右，相當於台幣四萬元以下，相較於英美澳法國義大利等各主流留學國家來說，算是相當相當低。
生活費方面，一般來說，大城市的物價房價較高，但不是絕對，還是要看城市而論。例如柏林是德國第一大城，但生活費卻比漢堡慕尼黑柯隆等二三四大城低得多。德國的生活費開銷，第一主要是房租，如果房租低，那麼整個生活費便能夠大大地降低。其餘不外乎每個月必繳的健康保險費約六十歐元，伙食費（看個人飲食習慣），水電瓦斯卅網路或電話費（也看個人習慣），和基本生活用品（德國的生活用品價格並不高）。其他就是可有可無單看個人的開銷了。
以筆者所在的柯隆為例：科隆房價在德國屬於中高，但如果能申請進入宿舍的話，一百多歐就能找到非常舒適的住所。但若是一般帶衛浴廚房的套房，每個月在２５０～４００歐不等，甚至更高都有可能，是一筆很大的開銷。如果在柯隆能夠爭取到學生宿舍的話，那麼一個月基本生活費六百歐元有餘了。

美國留學的花費，大概分為學費、房租、伙食費和雜支。
紐約市現在的花費，我不清楚，僅能提供五六年前的物價水準。
學費的話，CUNY（紐約市立大學）系統應該是全美最便宜的吧，每年學費約9000美金，
如果是私立大學，大概都是每年兩萬五美金起跳。
這兩年美國學費漲幅很兇，所以以上金額僅供參考，實際情形還是得自己到各校網站查詢。
房租的話，紐約市應該是全美最貴的地方，
六年前一個Brooklyn區的小雅房，月租就得要900美金，
曼哈頓島上至少都是1200美金起跳。
在紐約市求學，若是真想要省房租，就得住到紐澤西州，然後每天花各把個小時通車。
伙食費，若是自己開伙，可以省很多錢，
特別東岸的大型連鎖超市，價格比西岸的超市便宜不少（可能因為規模比較龐大）。
若是要外食的話，每餐10美金跑不掉。
其他雜支如電話費、網路費、交通費…等等就看個人了。
留美要省錢的話，可能挑選鄉下一點的學校會比較好，
學費上也許差不多，但是房租會差很多。
我自己住過的地方，Seattle的雅房每月租金約600美金，雙臥室公寓大約是1000美金以上，
而Buffalo的雙臥室公寓每月不到800美金。
其他物價，都會區也都比鄉間高。
另外也可以找獎學金多的學校，
不過這兩年由於經濟不景氣，許多公立學校預算被大砍，
幾乎停止大部分的獎學金資助。
這兩年反而是私立學校有提供比較豐厚的獎學金。
（但是唸私校，一旦拿不到獎學金，學費就會是大筆開銷）

They tell you tuition fee, health insurance fee, housing fee and other costs. It is very easy to estimate annual cost. As I know, $50000 - 65000 USD each year.

主要就是去找學校的網頁
看入學所需要的資料
那些東西不外乎是護照影本、畢業證書(僅德國需要，請翻譯並公證)、自傳(德文)、考試曲目、報名費教款證明、照片、回郵信封等等
把報名表在規定的時間內寄去，報名費匯過去就可以等回信了。
有些學校如維也納音樂大學亦支援線上報名
德奧地區大多採現場考試，不用寄有聲資料

Guildhall----如果係想成為Orchestra Members會有優勢﹐因為可以參予佢地既"Centre for Orchestra" programme﹐就可以經常和London Symphony Orchestra以及the Barbican Centre合作。而佢地最出名係voice & drama programs。另帶一提﹐小提琴方面﹐皇家音樂院 Royal Academy of Music既professor有Vengerov同Mutter﹐Guildhall有Simon Fischer。

其實 Guildhall 好出名，陳薩都讀過 Guildhall, 英國機乎御用 accompanist (出名既 singer, e.g. Ian Bostridge, 都係搵佢夾 recital 同出碟) Julius Drake 係果度 professor. 只係香港少人識。我希望有生之年 Guildhall 會收我。:smile_o06:

其實 Guildhall 好勁ga!! D老師分分鐘勁過皇家音樂學院:smile_44: ..... 長笛屆頂尖既超級大師Sir James Galway o係皇家音樂學院讀左3年..之後去左Guildhall 讀一年...佢同我地講佢Guildhall 一年學既野多過 o係皇家音樂學院3年 !! 係佢一生成為大師最重要既學府!

其實間間音樂學院都有自己長處,好似你話flute去Guildhall好,
但係我係early music specialist,就會唔會揀Guildhall,
而會揀Basel間Schola Cantorum, London Royal或者HfM Trossingen.
所以揀音樂學院之前要做多D ressearch先,睇下邊個professor係邊度教.

Julius Drake我聽過live,伴English Art Songs係好好,
但係伴Lieder的話都以前就係Gerald Moore,而家呢就係German Pianist既天下,
Helmut Deutsch, Gerold Huber, Wolfgang Rieger等等都係好好既Lieder accompanists,
然後佢地全部都係德國教
