應該唔真. 之前好多 ching 都打過去管理處問, 佢係話收 key 後開始計. 同埋收樓時佢要你簽一份野係比返你個邊的屋邨辦事處話你因買左油翠苑, 會係x年y月z日退租咁的. 無你簽名, 你個邊屋邨辦事處無理由趕你走呀?

我都好想知. 有無 ching 知? 我知 pddw 公屋/居屋可做到 $99 100m, 但前題係個個屋苑有 hkbx, 目的係同佢爭客. 家陣我地屋苑無 hkbx.... 真係 pddw 的獨市生意哦! 但佢通常要簽 2 年約個下死.... 真係要諗清楚 d 先裝呀!

係拿左收樓信後14日一定要拿鎖匙,房署職員(余露x)仲好串咁話你唔拿鎖匙係你既事,佢地14日後就會開始同你計60日!

管理處度交左泥頭費,裝修時是不是不用再比cf 啦?

Check 過啦. 去 hkbx 個 web 度 -> click 最新優惠 -> 自己上台登記 -> 屋苑名稱搜尋 -> 打油美苑 -> 選油美苑(藍田) -> 泳美閣..... 佢就會話未有覆蓋. 但你選其他閣 (即公務員宿舍) 個 d 就有. 去鯉魚門廣場都有個 hkbx counter. 你叫個 d 人 search 個 result 都係一樣.

佢可能好想做我地生意的, 但舖線這家野, 佢可能要同管業處呀, 房署呀, 咩咩政府部門申請, 來來回回的官僚真係唔知幾時先舖好. 睇黎都係要忍受 pddw 貴夾慢的服務了. :smile_27:
