Had a short meeting with Premier property management senior (Tommy Hui) today and we mainly discussed about the security issue at the upper lobby entrance. From now on they will start daily CCTV monitoring review by the supervisors to make sure all the security staff that stands at the upper lobby entrance will ask everyone to beep their resident card to make sure there are no intruders.  They now will also start with 賞罰制, the good performance staff will be recognize and not up to the standard staff will be warn.

They will need your help to provide them feedbacks, please email them with your address and who that staff is. This will help to improvement our property standard.
