The basic requirement is, we need at least 10% of residents to be at the meeting or it will call off again. I think one rep from each tower.

Are you guys going to the 業主委員會選舉??? Should also represent your Tower, cause we do need to have Owners' Committee this time. Many public defects still need to be fix as if we don't force it to be fix this year then it will not be done by the developer, instead it will use our money from management fee. Owners' Committee can work closely with the property management team and address our concerns.

You can collect the key on the same day if your lawyer is fast enough, but remember to call 24683339 for key pick up arrangement.
