因為自己屋企清潔都唔夠... 要全部街坊合作先得..

我都有試過打電話去管理處投訴, 佢地比我嘅感覺係.. "yes men", 對件事都無有效嘅改善... :smile_45:

I think we should setup a BBQ gathering at the club house to meet everyone. Since we have been on this forum for so long and never actually meet in person. What do everyone think??

Not finish the 執漏 yet, still needs to exchange 3 windows and the kitchen ceiling. Others are all completed.

My decoration CFU are ok ga, you can call and quote a price first, mention Mr Ko introduce, to see if they will give you a discount.

How about next Saturday June 19th or Sunday 20th??? Let's make a list to see if anyone like to join.

Activities are: Book function room 1 hour, each family bring some home make food.  Bowling after.

1) shyko (June 19th or 20th and any time is ok)

etc.......

If no one is available then will call off for next time.

因家中有小朋友
所以當我知道 廳的窗戶沒的裝窗花(只有原裝玻璃條擋住)
因 "原裝設計已經足以防止小童爬出窗戶"
我有D驚
不知道有沒有人 家中有小朋友
自己另加裝窗花或是保護裝置?

you know palazzo's 窗花 are all standard
房間都可加窗花

Hi fgi,

I am also living in Tower 8 flat C, i have cats and will be having a kid soon.

For the bedroom it should be ok for adding 窗花 but for living room i added 窗鎖, below are the source.
