A Proxy form has been sent to your mailbox, please check it out.
If owners are not able to attend, owners will need to sign the proxy form for someone else to represent.
If you are renting the place, please ask the owner to sign the proxy form for you.
If owners are able to attend in person, no need to sign the form and just remember to show up at "Olympic Hall of Derby Clubhouse" on July 9th 2010 at 08:00PM (Friday).
We do really need 業主委員會 in order to represent us and work with MTR management team. Hope we will get more than 10% this time so it doesn't need to call off again.

浴室天花用料是石膏板間格,角位用左鐵角包邊,面做左乳膠漆.
我間生左綉啦:smile_27:
睇就高級,用就當然鋁好話曬都可以抹.
可以試吓叫師父油多次,都可以有1年貨仔.

I don't think that any 管理公司 can 100% g[font=Tahoma][size=10pt]uarantee no 失竊事件, so it needs our help and support. I do really appreciate that they give us the notes so we can be aware. Please escalate regarding 師父出入個通道 to the management team and ask for Anita Li to make her aware. (24683339)[/size][/font]

雖然有住戶不幸失竊, 但正正等管理公司知道邊度有漏洞. 是在地下入口, 或是在座頭? 好等管理公司去改善. 第一次錯可以了解, 如再發生相同錯誤, 必定係執行有問題.
