Nope, but they are starting to give back all the Palazzo Octopus card access registration forms that submitted recently. I think that they are reworking on a new form due to the 個人資料 issue.
I had requested to grant access to my personal Octopus card today, they had put a Palazzo sticker on it and now i don't have to maintain 2 Octopus cards.

但真係有一位楊先生跟進事件喎！不過幾星期後走咗路囉！:L現在冇人可投訴，只能打電話安排，錯咗又再等幾星期，問佢哋可唔可以快D，因為是他們攪錯，應該可快D補做啦！但佢哋話最快都要再等三星期，可惜經常錯完又錯呢！現在已經遲咗兩個月啦！:smile_51::smile_55:

I asked the conceige staff today, he said only the personnal octopus can use full function as a resident card, eg. to have booking for recreation room

I can book everything in the club house and access the doors without any issues, even without a picture on the octopus card. It will take at least 2 months to get the Picture Octopus card ready so if you are willing to wait for it, you can apply for one. I am still using the Octopus card with sticker on it and put away the other one.

For me no problem on booking wor, they only request you to put the octopus card on the scanner to identify yourself. Never did look at the picture or don't care if a picture exist.
