我有個問題諗極都唔明, 以大圍沙田區為例, 近期d新樓幾乎有大大部份都係約1000呎或以上既3,4房大單位, 雖然發展商可以賣貴d賺多d, 但係呢類單位嘅需求真係有噉多咩? 除非係買黎炒架啫, 如果係自住既, 唔會供過於求好多咩???:smile_13: :smile_41:

個人覺得買大單位嘅人(唔啱勿插)嘅經濟能力比較好...多數都係換樓客or投資者...而細單位就通常係比第一兩次買樓的人..經濟能力冇咁好...而且全部起細單位供應會太多而拖底樓價....:smile_13: :smile_13:

好似我家庭為例子，一子一女，唔通要子同女同房咩！所以都會搵D較平嘅舊樓。
我有好多朋友都因住屋問題而唔生或只生一個小朋友！

我覺得好多住客都想改善屋苑管理，但不是每個都能抽出時間集合力量，又不是每人都善於表達或者喜歡用其他途徑表達呢！只要愛護自己住嘅地方就夠啦！而且我們的管理處並不是不聽意見的，也無需要好似泰國紅衫軍咁集結示威，他們也需要時間去實行改善啊！
相信有心人已代我們把意見傳達（唔該晒:loveliness:)，也相信管理員會為我們盡力。

原來信和在售樓書廣告插畫中，將御龍山附近整個工廠區、馬會宿舍與沙田污水處理廠全部抹掉，改畫為綠樹林蔭。梁先生入伙後才知居住環境很嘈吵，跟廣告描繪的恬靜環境完全不符，忍無可忍下，早前將單位放售，舉家搬走。

我都係第一次去呢類既茶聚咋, 本來以為好似開大會噉入左去都無人知:smile_13:, 點知原來係喺羽毛球場到擺咗5,6圍檯仔, 要自己去埋堆架:smile_35: , 起初有d尷尬, 但都幾free呀, 每檯有個禮賓司mark低d意見. 主要都係講保安同會所設施上既問題, 我就提出左我係絕對贊成強制性拍卡既, 就算開定都要拍, 當中都有人和意, 但都有人無咩意見. 哎呀!夠鐘開工, 今晚繼續.:smile_15:

It seems that i am black listed under the property management team. All the staff knows who i am now, they must have a picture of me...... :smile_13:
Hope that everyone will use 8達通開門 and stop anyone who is not, cause i am still seeing some staff letting people in without verification. If it gets worst again i will speak to the property managers.
Another thing i spoke to them is about the public area defects. I am trying to enforce them to fix it before SINO defect team leave, because once they are gone the defects will be fix under our own management fee savings.

hi everyone!
I just moved in on saturday and wondered if anyone here has encountered the same problem as me.
We contacted PCCW about our moving to the palazzo last month and asked them if they could have the internet ready at our place once we were moved. They said yes and that they would arrange.
But when we moved in a couple of days ago, they just came and said 機房不夠線 and we have to wait until somebody's moved out in order to get the 線 for internet connection...........i think this is just ridiculous...but we just don't know what to do next.........sigh.....
does anyone here know what i should do?
