我今年諗住報讀HD(F.5三年制)，
如果我無考過A-level的話，讀完HD想繼續升大學，係咪一定要報ielts先有機會interview?

You had better to sit IELTS. It is because even a-level graduate, they will also sit IELTS if their UE just got E or below. Although there are also many people who didn't got pass in UE and haven't took IELTS and they still got into university, I suggest you do not take a risk, just take IELTS la, it's not that difficult, just more difficult than CE a little, dun worry~
