我以為未有合理理由逾期交樓要賠償，是普遍的做法添，如下述案例:

was disappointed to receive the letter today, SHK cannot explain the delay was due to bad weather! as Yoho Midtown is on scheduled to have their keys now? why bad weather only happen in San Po Kong but not Yuen Long! so UNFAIR to us!

So disappointed... SHK has breached the contract! I think I will ask my lawyer to write them a letter asking for explanation and compensation.....

thanks all of u & nice to meet everyone! agreed that The Latitude & Yoho Midtown is in different class, but this is the truth from the beginning. SHK should plan their manpower well from that time & do better time management! I have also buy sofa, lighting, mattress.... with deposit, as well as home design...... what should we do? any source to complain? or do we have "power" to complain? everything out of my budget, time, money..... very critical :(
