1月22號拿到CC，新年前會開始交樓。

為什麼這麼快便會知道CC是那一天呢?
如果application已入BD, 應該不用那麼久才出CC. 如果未入, 更加不會知道什麼時候出呢...?
是不是只是發展商, 承建商, 管理公司與建築師樓之間的agreed schedule?

Angel兄，
首先要多謝你的消息提供。

不知道你是屬於那一座的呢？
我是八座的.....你可知道收樓的次序嗎？
會是由頭先收起，或由尾先收起呢？
通常完成千幾戶嘅收樓，需要一個月時間嗎？
即是有可能二月一日開始收樓，但到你時或會要去到三月二日噃。
咁如果再加兩個多月嘅裝修期，咁即係要到五月中至可以入伙:')
