I do not have any good experience with the book shelf and wardrobe from IKxx. Working desk should be fine. No idea on bed dining table etc. BTW, by UlferX 6'H x 6'W book shelf bought more than 10 years ago is still in good condition.

Soho, I bought T7 apartment from a confirmor. My lawyer informed me on 12 Feb to complete the deal before 25 Feb. I'm waiting for him to to tell me the exact date of signing of the docs and the payment details. You'd better check with yr lawyer for the arrangements. He should hv kept in contact with the lawyer of the confirmor/vendor.

四水歸堂是中國古建築常用的設計，
通常是一個露天的天井，而圍着天井四邊的是房子，當下雨時，四邊屋簷會將雨水集合，
歸落到庭院的中間..........。
如今的設計參考此作用，造成燈槽來圍着大廳的天花，有聚福招財之意也！
也是不錯的燈光佈局設計呢。:victory:
