財委會通過沙中線撥款

立法會 財委會通過沙中線 的77億元的前期工程撥款申請，但議員批評造價太高。
在會上，多名議員批評沙中線的造價高，其中鄭家富 批評港鐵收取工程費的16.5%作為為間接管理費，是開天殺價。

I use SHK lawyer (Winston Chu & Co), booked to sign the documents next Tuesday, but need to take two days for them to do the paper work because I use BOC for mortgage.
Also booked to take procession of the apartment next Saturday.

大概要等幾多天才能收到收樓信呢 ?

Congrats. Got a score of 97 from i-cable for a "D"unit in Tower 7.
Noting the attention SHK gave to the more affordable units, it should be giving equal if not more attention to the other units as well. In other words. the i-cable score could have been higher if i-cable picked a more expensive unit in the Latitude to inspect (just like what they did for Aria).
Good work, SHK! Keep it up.
