我稔大家冇注意到soho叔既原因，
係因為佢可能係女人.........;P;P;P
剛打去會所問，做Gym係免費既，上次個導賞員誤導我。
打Boxing同做Gym是同一室，所以都係FOC。
還有一個3D影院，好似有10-12座位，屏模103吋，導賞員話係
2011年新款，soho叔可定時call我地睇下戲，收費HK$200/2hrs，
張椅仲可以調到平訓(First Class seat)，都真係好正嫁。

迷你影院內只有8個座位，座位好像很舒服似的，
但那一套擴音機就只用了比較普通的級數。

沒有驚喜呢。

Souvenir方面..出得咁多錢買石頭, 你估真係貪佢少少嘢咩!羊毛出在羊身上. 做大事最好有原則, 一視同仁, 咁先至令人有賓至如歸的感覺..我初初見到盆花個陣咪俾SHK Lum到 lor.希望 SHK日後對the Latitude d 住戶, 好似佢用heart整呢條村咁就好lor! :smile_38:

Thanks for this reply. For those who haven't got the key yet, we all have a clear picture on the so-called "souvenir" right now. No more confusion and thus no more bad feeling of unfair treatment to the owners. It looks quite fair and the guidelines are clear.
