若要在浴缸邊雲石面上加裝浴屏, 是否需要在雲石面上及牆身轉孔修螺絲? 如需要的話, 會否有漏水的情況出現呢? 可否只用玻璃膠來固定浴屏呢?

Soho 兄，今天跟做設計韻朋友去驗樓。然後討論設計的事項，忙都現在才跟太太回家。整體來說，朋友也認為交樓嘅水平也算不錯。必要更換的地方也不太多。另外，下午也去了會所參觀，相信大家會相當喜歡的。

浴缸不算深，相信加浴門或浴廉也有需要。至於有否浴室寶需要，我也不是很知道。不過，我發覺抽氣口是在浴缸天花上，相信對抽走濕氣有幫助。

TO be honest, I prefer a 3-month exemption of management fee (due to delay) rather than a gift. Anyway, better than none. Also, I love the flowers.
It is very expensive for the use of clubhouse facilities. $300 per session of using BBQ area.:smile_27:  (WOW!! It is only $80 in Park Central.)

個人覺得, 油漆同埋地板都要係入伙前考慮清楚!
因為一旦入左伙, 搬晒傢俬入去, 先發現油漆或者地板要重造, 會好"呢hea"!
希望大家分享下意見, 唔知各位鄰居會做邊d裝修?

1. 大廳做暗門
2. 油漆
3. 地板換磁磚(考慮緊)
4. 浴室寶(考慮緊)
5. 加電擊

soho叔好似都考慮緊:
1. 浴室寶
2. 浴缸趟門
3. 油漆(記得好似想加多條電源線供amp用, 咁應該會做埋油漆啦! ^_^)

I think 黑廁 cannot use 浴室寶, because it needs to have a 排氣喉 to outdoor.  Unless you core a hole on the wall for that but it shouldn't be allowed.

(2)洗面盤是否有兩個呢 ?

(3)廁所鏡櫃兩邊的細鏡是向那方向打開的呢 ?
