risky888 兄, 我昨午同老婆去問過, 自己撞入去, 冇人介紹, 都係做木傢俬, 床, 地櫃啦, 我老婆話聽完個sales講覺得都幾好, 不過要落三成訂至肯出3d圖同designer傾, 好似吾係好正路, 我有hesitation, 結果冇落實到。我想睇埋emax 先, 有冇referral?

let me share my happiness and the handover experiences with you all my dearest neighbors :loveliness: :loveliness: :loveliness:
1. As ETLTool described, once u entered the "red carpet", 3-4 SHKP staff were following you... and went into the new flat with you (saying congradzzz when you opened the door)
2. Overall service is excellent!
3. You can burn some light stuff at the balcony (can borrow the equipment (burning box) at the club house)
4. The gift - sony digital photo frame... yeah I'd rather get cash rebate...
5. Typical SHKP style - there is not a 浴廉"通" in the toilet... and if you 磚 a role yourself, you may break the 雲石 at the toilet... 點攪好呀??...
6. floor - 好似都係打多下wax好D? 但唔知打咩wax好? will hurt the floor if using the wrong type of tax?
7. Wall - 油得比較薄... best if you add a layer urself... and 牆身有裂紋... :(
8. Overall feeling of size - it is much smaller than showflat... :smile_27:
9. Tower 1&2 d ceiling really ho high - 3.15m
10. Overall quality is much better than CK & Hend's... but still struggling whether to find 詹sir to 驗樓好...
