我就比較喜歡安裝趟門,雖然會貴些,但是會容易打理些吧!
其實兩種我都用過,但我選擇趟門的最大原因是因為..........
我最怕沖涼時因為強力的抽氣扇,會將浴簾吹動,有時還會貼着身體添......好鬼討厭㗎!
同時趟門在清潔上會容易得多吧。
這全只是個人的感受,當然浴簾也有它的好處啦!
它安裝容易、價錢平、時常可以轉花款、同時沒有一件實物阻礙着吧..........

Do u guys know when the management fees start to pay? I was told by the management office it will be the second day after the issue date of the lawyer's letter. This means that it will not be depending on the actual deliver date of the property. I consider this is not entirely reasonable.
This means, for example, I am on T8. Letter will be issued this Friday and I will start to pay the management fees starting from this Saturday, even though I will get possession of my flat in early March.
I was told that we have to bring a blank cheque for the payment of the management fees. But the point is, if the above mentioned calculation of the management fees is logical and reasonable, why don't they just mention the amount in the letter itself as the calculation will become so obvious. This is illogical.
Am I wrong in my understanding?

Agreed 100%. And consider the lawyers of purchasers should make sure that the purchasers only pay for something they can enjoy and have access to. Maintenance fee is to cover security services, gargage deposit etc. When you are not given the key to your unit and can not even get to go near the project (try to get a peek of your own unit before closing and you will surely be turned away by the security people), why should you be made to foot such a fee.
Before the actual change of ownership (which is done only through the proper paper work thru lawyers representing the vendors and purchasers on lcosing day), the developer is still the owner of the unit, and has the responsiblity to pay the maintainence fee, among others such as insurance for the condo itself (as opposed to common area). Any attempt to do otherwise by SHK office is wrong.

I now have clarified with the management office, the management fees start to pay from the next day after the 收樓信 is issued by the lawyers. That is, when you visit the lawyers and paid everything, then the lawyers' office will issue you with a letter. OK, this now makes more sense.
Therefore, my example is now changed as follows:
Letter issued this Friday for T8. I visit, say, the lawyers next Thursday, then I start to pay the management fees from next Friday. This makes sense as when I visit the lawyers next Thursday, I would then have completed the documentation assigning the property to me.
Note that I was told wrongfully on this by the telephone lady this morning and I now have educated her.

As told by ETLTool, the club house facilities are not available for use at this moment. I still think it is unreasonable to pay management fee started from the next day after the 收樓信 is issued by the lawyers.

你可聯絡律師樓先簽文件及交雜費等,然後同律師樓講24Feb
SHK收樓信你直接到律師樓取,做完後你就可打熱線預約收樓。
但你需要走兩轉律師樓。

我的意思正是這種用趟門的浴屏啦。
在安裝時當然會轉孔及用玻璃膠,但不會明顯破壞牆身的,
因為裝妥後係見唔到螺絲位的。
至於漏水,如果係用花洒直接射向浴屏的罅位,水是會漏出的。
不過有人喜歡浴簾也有人鍾情浴屏,各有各好啦!
但係仲有樣嘢我想推介給大家,
我認為真是當代四大發明之一...........;P
是電廁板呀!我一定要裝的,好處真係要用過便知。
可惜我們收樓的這個座廁型號係唔fit到,看來唯有要犧牲這[color=black]個[color=black]由[/color][/color][color=#cc0033]Philippe[/color] [color=red]Patrick [/color][color=#cc0033]Starck[color=#000000]設計[/color][/color]的新座廁了....。:')

摺椅都ok,廚房什物掛鉤ok,窗簾布ok,燈飾唔貴款多也ok,床單麻麻地比較"鞋"
