其實大家都想生活既地方好的，我明白到有時有的野要執正，係會影響到人，不過，講真，自律既人有，唔自律既都好，好多時經過個條路真係要被迫行出馬路~

就好似尋日，就見到位小姐行出去避的泊左既車，前面就有架車黎緊，跟住響安，我自己都嚇一嚇~

如果車泊係行人路上，又會留足夠路比人行，雖然係會令人覺得有問題，不過都會體諒，好難會令人個感覺咁差，更加唔會突然去挑起爭端~

睇到你講話老人家，係咪我同你諗既地方唔同呢 :smile_41: 我講既主要係一排公司個的村屋度，好多時成截路都封左，如果係近我地斜路既地方，不嬲都有人泊開，而且冇阻到你，應該唔會令人不滿個喎 :smile_41:

我剛搬嚟泊車路左轉上斜上葵涌村,因為識得朋友,朋友又交代過下d村民.......不過我哋入伙後真係多咗好多車泊上去,會出現夜晚返冇位泊嘅情況.朋友話以前唔會.....但最得意嘅係,投訴得最多嘅係兩個老人家,佢哋唔揸車,都唔明點解.....

你講嗰度係河背村,好多變咗車房,公司,車泊晒係門口,嗰邊我少行過去,多數係對面搭下巴士.....有時需要搭地鐵都多數行公園嗰邊.....
至於海霸新村同咸田村泊上行人路眼見就多數係夜晚同埋都幾自律.....

首先我會先請教區議員，問清楚那幾座村屋嘅用途，因為覺得淨投訴都唔係咁有用，其實只係集中係某幾座村屋嘅車泊出咗阻礙行人。又可以睇睇其實舊嘅村屋係用途上冇訂明，某部份係容許作商業用途，或者某行業嘅商業用途（士多等），原意係方便村屋嘅居民。但當冇定明嘅時候就會出問題，總會有人走罅，由其係村係隸屬鄉事會處理，唔係政府有事都唔駛咁煩要求發叔攪。

睇返ck個盤，政府係有意擴闊國瑞路嘅行人路，因為要求建築物比原有嘅set back 大咗而交返土地比政府做行人路，所以ck就申請增高而用盡原有嘅plot ratio。

當然，我地而家去投訴，一定會有暫時嘅效果但係如果啲商店繼續營業，一定會繼續佔用行人路，情況就好始路德圍嘅食肆擺出來咗街一樣。

關於狗狗關係，大部份都係喺蕉園養嘅，而蕉園係比規劃做cultivation用途，就要睇吓呢個用途下係唔係唔可以養狗，投訴呢樣野比話投訴鄰居嘅狗困難，佢唔受我地嘅dmc限制，情況就好似我地屋苑隔離係工廠發出噪音，邊一樣較先存在，同tpb點規劃，通常都會以先存在嘅物體作優先。

打個比喻，就似三寶喺工廠區，藍澄灣隔離係container port，所以tpd先批作酒店式住宅唔開得窗同用中央抽風防噪音。咁居民就只可以以reasonable ground搵證據佢係比一般工廠噪同污染，同住宅投訴住宅唔同。因買樓時旁邊嘅已經存在，唔係落成後發生嘅

sorry, off topic 得太多。我都曾經聽過啲狗吠聲有時都幾大，不過如果有人真係要趕走啲狗狗，送去漁農處，就真係會比人道毀滅....哎...

其實狗狗真係好少會不斷咁吠，如果係咁一定有問題，通常都係驚或者有人經過先會，果度點會有人行，可能養佢地嘅人有問題

我想問問~
(1) 佔據行人路，應該係違法問題，即係若果警方接到投訴，就會好似我地鄰居之前係附近泊車被投訴一樣，會被檢控？
(2) 行人路以安全為要，同一路段對面有保護欄，點解村屋個面冇？點解海霸附近有，下面既冇？想問問有關既野係咪路政署負責？係既話，可以用簡接既方式試一試。

今日七點幾番到黎，都見唔少人睇樓，問問座頭，原來係黎睇複式~

其實真係只可以票控，佢地啲車係比較流動，唔係話泊車喺屋企咁，你要話抄都難。當然佢地係唔合法，但係警方收到電話就去抄一抄，始終啲舖頭係果度，好難避免。

同埋想議員跟進國瑞路公園翻新嘅工程，已經delay咗一次，希望可以盡快完成
