樓上,,我自己未住過西鈄樓,我覺得西鈄,一直D人唔鐘意,係下午日照時間長曬完D牆身,晚上仍然,釋放熱力,因為以前D樓D窗冇咁大, 但而家D樓窗好大,沒有太多牆身曬到,當然陽光曬到窗都會比較熱,但太陽落山D窗好快不熱, 如果日間真的好曬,你咪落一些簾,不過我聽人講,間屋西鈄最好出去都係把窗簾拉上,,唔係地板好易炒,SOFA好變色..

你買一房,個房應該好過 midtown 一房個房,有個衣櫃位.
個廳都幾好放野,,,,
