想請問
1. 考中國司法試的資格 (例如: 需要中國法律學學位?)
2. 完成司法試後, 需要幾年經驗才可以成為中國律師?
3. 取得中國律師資格後, 有exemption 或者joint scheme 之類 , 可以取得/幫助取得香港律師資格嗎?

港澳人士在內地執業的話，執業範圍是有限制的，只能做非訴訟業務和涉港澳婚姻的訴訟業務。其他暫不能做的
if u dont have full right to practice in Middle Kingdom, why bother at all!

內地法律科由讀書至論文都是用中文,無可能與世界其他國家接觸.所以讀中國法律只有在中國做律師.
現在的解決方式只限叫內地律師來港上D英文法律課程,叫做有限度互認.
而且內地法治出名...:smile_43: 好少人會在地讀法律.

今時唔同往日，眼見唔少八十後內地律師英文都好掂，特別係writing, 要請都請佢地啦，貪我地香港人咩都業務都做唔倒咩…

If the Middle Kingdom can torture and imprison a practising lawyer without reason & hearing, why bother at all?
