大部分畤間 should use 小臂力, lock wrist ge.
BUT if expert/high hand/experience player, they can use wrist power ge.
Of course, if play well, should also use 腰力, 臂力, 腕力, swing , 配合得宜, can strike good ball la. -- BTW, still theory, practice more la.

For beginner, coach usually teach u use small arm power first, avoid injury.
To me, I think ok ge using wrist but not same as badminton majority play by wrist.

Better to play with some senior & practice & ask/listen their instruction during the game, then u can understand easily. 親自feel the wrist power & small arm power.............

我暫時未有呢個問題~~我諗都好睇打GE 密度GE~~
就算正常人都係右比左粗GE, 但通常都係自己先最覺GE 啫~~KAKA
反而而家肩位多番少少肉地, 塑一塑型, 個SHAPE 真係令左好多~~
絶對有利各位美媚著LOW CUT 啊~~:D

其實有DD肌肉好過成對手都識講88 啦係咪?
只要每次打完後都拉一拉番鬆D筋同買D HANDY GE 按摩器MASSAGE 下, 都無咩大問題GE~~

PS. 剛剛買左對壓力SOCK~~想試下, WORK GE 就上黎報告下~~KEKE
