How to leverage your connection.

Hi fellow work-forces :smile_o15:,

What I want,
I am a recruitmentassociate and am currently recruiting sales, senior sales, supervisor, and shopmanager, for a rapidly expanding luxury brand.

What you can do,
You have been workingday in and out, you have the connection, but you may not know you could capitalizefrom it AND help the people you know to accelerate in their career by getting abetter job in terms of pay and title.
Ifyou know someone or could think of someone who’s good at their retailingposition and considering having a better job, now you could help them and getpaid.
Why am I makingthis offer? It is impossible for me to know all the potential candidates outtheir while knowing their intention to change jobs, that’s why I need yourinput and a happy way to encourage you all is to have an happy incentive paid forevery successful
referral. You will knowget the thank you incentive when you your friends update you about the jobplacement.
So there you go, Ihope this will help some of you earning some extra income by helping thefriends you know out there.

ONLY PM IS ALLOWEDIN THR FORUM AND PLEASE RESPECT THE RULE AND DO NOT POST ANY CONTACTINFORMATION OF THE YOU, OR PERSON YOU WOULD LIKE TO INTRODUCE.
Please PM me thename, phone number and CV.

What you get:
A “Thank you for helpingyour friend” Incentive of $500HKD for every referral with successful jobplacement.
Incentive will bepaid through PayPal, the easiest way to transfer money with secured trackrecord for both of us, or in-person at MTR stations.

CONDUCT OFTRUST:

Maybe you should consider conducting more research on potential leads before posting something like this on discuss. This only applies if you're really a genuine recruitment associate and not some random person who doesn't know anything about the basic techniques of recruitment.:loveliness:

First off I Thank you and really appreciate your advice.
I would love to learn professional recruitment techniques from top-tier firm to avoid embarrassing myself posting such post. However I am joining this private headhunting firm as an initiate and am encouraged to examine ways of generating leads that I could think of where this is one of them. I excuse myself for the defectiveness of the method.
