Feeling bad when eng ppl have the impression that ur eng is not good?

Actually, I m ok with that but my colleague doesnt. 2 of my colleagues have the similar proficiency , 3 of us are doing presentation to bigger boss, my boss asked me and another one to present our observation in Chinese, afterward, when the third one going to start, my boss ask him to use eng. My another colleague who presented in Chinese got pissed off while this really gives the bigger boss an impression that his eng is worse that the one presented in eng. Hwoever, we know we are just similar. I m fine but not another one. But not very clear about the intention for such arrangement.

Ps, my boss is abc, and bigger boss is Chinese

maybe your boss thought the other guy was worse in chinese? haha
just a thought

but seriously, that guy who had to present in chinese has such low EQ
he's gotta stop taking everything personal

Tell us about the presentations.  Are they more presentable in English than in Chinese?

um... actually, i dont think there will be any problem for present it in chinese nor english, all of us were presenting similar stuffs, but just different line of business....terminologies are similar then.... and major concern is about the profit and expense movement...i.e. just numbers (even unit of $$ is in eng, like 2 Million)

of course, all terms are eventually in english while english terms have abbrev. but chinese...
