1) If you take to Apple's store, like D&G, you have to recover to nomal first, otherwise they don't help you to fix. 2)When you recover, you have to backup your files first, and take to the store to fix. The app will be kept and the photos are not related to JB, except you are not using Apple's Photo software. 3) If you lost your receipt, you can't enjoy the warranty.
