but at least you can practice your lang. and hv some interesting experience to share with the interviewers
and that may impress them

i think employers, especially local ones, generally DO NOT APPRECIATE working holiday as a "working/life experience".
as most of the work experience you gain would not be relevant to the job you are applying in HK.
of course, it could be"NICELY PUT" during the job interview that you have participated in the working holiday, met many different people and experienced a different culture, widening your horizon...blablabla...
BUT, please be prepared for the follow up question or an interrupted question: How do all these contribute to the company then? or even: To what extent do you think you WASTED 2 YEARS on hanging out somewhere so as to escape from work / reality?
reality is always cruel, employers only look for someone who can contribute the most to their company.
