遊戲已經買番晒正版
如果 回復部機之前，先係itunes先backup，升完再回復backupjb既data仲會唔會係度？

No, I think you need to delete the jb version and then download the the normal onefirst. Because after you recover back to normal, you can't open back the jb app. As a result, you can't keep the data............
