暫時收到的回覆傾向此圖有密卷雲(cirrus spissatus)及毛卷雲(cirrus fibratus)，有向卷層雲 (cirrostratus) 發展傾向。
我覺得看上去有點像下圖的堡狀卷雲 (cirrus castellanus)

圖中遠方近中間有卷層雲,片狀較厚不透光.其上方可能是纖維狀卷雲,與卷層雲排列呈交叉

possible there is a low system t 40E 34S, high pressure system next to it (over South Africa)
so those high clouds in the pic, maybe is from the low system
...I can't type Chinese on this machine

yes. 600-850 mb RH shows dry conditions near 20E 34S (Bredasdorp).
300 mb Height shows a weak ridge behind the longwave trough.
