我陪朋友去買奧柏時都知道, 查過資料, 話係面向奧柏前方的工業樓地皮已列作住宅用地(戊)類, 並已列了高度限制100米高, 計過即等於奧柏28/F, 所以高過呢個層數就好好多吧.

I wanted to ask why do u guys buy this property when there are better ones such as harbour green. It is also ago and the location is much better. Your local area is pretty bad with all the garage and ironmongery. Also the size and utilisation is poor. I remember for the non PH level the materials used are pretty low range.
Seriously when u walk out of the building every morning how do u feel?

if it is only 1 m diff why not go for it at least u get bigger area also the class is much better as when u go downstairs it is not full of shitty industrial areas also going to the mtr is so much faster. Also since u guys appear to worry about the clubhouse a lot tr harbour green club house is much better. The star line development is really not worth that much .

理由好簡單,唔夠 $$ ;P;P
形品 studio、1 房 3m - 4.8m
harbour green 最細的都要 6m 以上

No offence but seriously can u have a good rental yield on the apartment in starlime for the studio which cost like 3m-4m how much can u rent for. Who r the clienteles? Don't tell me the ibankers from ICC!
Also harbour green there r still some 5m apartments

I have stayed at both estates. Overall, Manhattan Hill is definitely better.
