what's your majoring? that's just year 1 in uni, which was passed. Do a better job next semester :)
imho, a decent transcript would get easier kick start of career, but no one cares about those numbers once having experience...

dont come to hk market... Or, take a risk to work here.

Take risk or not take risk.

Does your first year count towards your final grade?

If not... just add oil in your 2nd and 3rd year and make sure you dont grad with 3rd hons and you should be fine

if u have no special trade or skills why bother HK?
now u have 1 more nail added to the coffin, u need to speak
mandarin unless u are as needed as Christian Barnard then.

I am graduating now. Still making my decisions. I just want some reference so that I can know more abt the HK industry

Hey there! I really think you should apply a decent job in Sydney before you come back to HK because HK jobs are all about the experience! Best of luck!

feicai 2012-1-10 11:48 PM

I just came back from sydney as well.
My suggestion, stay where u are. Unless you really love hk ur friend n relatives are all in hk so you really really wanna come back. Why? coz you're gonna have a relaxed working environment and earn WAY MORE money.

Best to apply for a local job here mate, higher paying grad programs and less working hours :victory:

if you haven't got any work experience, it's hard to find a job in HK.

kartik 2012-1-13 07:49 AM

got job offer from both HK & Sydney.. T.T

wrongmask 2012-1-23 06:30 AM

What's your major?

kartik 2012-1-28 02:28 AM

Is there any difference between sales trainee and sales executive in HK?

haha why are u crying then?
unless you really wanna come back at this moment...otherwise i would say you should take the job in sydney
coming back with overseas working experience most likely benefits you

Come back to Hong Kong if you have friends and family here. But it really depends on which place you like more.
