i feel so sad, salary have not any increase in few year,  i dont want stay in this field anymore, but in this situation, it is great difficult to change other field, no one company want to take a risk to train a new staff......... so disappointed!!!!:smile_o03:

logistics is really not a good choice, for its long working hours and relatively low payment.
