奧運站近月真是低水，紅磡舊樓都成九千，tko都六七千，九龍灣又七千，奧運站都是九千幾挨近一萬。

yes, lived in 4 dragons (Liberte) in Lai Chi Kok, 3-bedroom now $8000 sq/ft. So I have just bought PA instead.

Yes - cars can go up to the 平台 right outside the entrances of all the buildings.

頭半粒鐘免費,跟住收幾十蚊個鐘.我初時搬唻時,有次搬野泊低架車係平台,跟著合左一陣,晤記得揸走架車,結果俾左$260.:'):Q首個鐘$50,跟住每個鐘$70.依家好似加左價
