Yes mgt fee is super high (Phase to is most expensive in mgt fee among all 4 phases, right?).........
Not to mention about the mgt fee, all about SCV is great! Great view, great environment...!!!

Phase 1 recent carpark space selling, the owners should be San Hung Ki ga....very high price
I think now all is sold out, so no hourly parking service is available anymore

Yes, SCV is super nice view. Noise from planes is not so exaggerated. I dont think it is noisy indeed.

Anyone know where the future railway station will be? Sham Tseng East Station will have any property development? will it block SCV sea view? Thanks!
