英文email 求救!!!

希望大家幫我汁汁..我英文好差..thank you

We should make a deadline of the last modification of "this project" on Wednesday to improve our progress of this project.
(我意思係 想同個client定一個deadline 防止佢日日去改變個PROJECT既細節, 可以令大家既進度好d,唔會一時一樣)

Please kindly send us your idea before Wednesday if you want to change everything of this project.
(我意思係想請佢如果仲想改任何野,就係依個日期之前)

please kindly is very impolite respond in the email,Because kindly this words used by the speaker when he is annoyed (so it is used 'ironically', in a sense)...
Just used please or kindly in the sentence is fine!!!mustnt used in the same time

Let’s set this Wednesday as the deadline for any modification of this project to facilitate a smooth progress.

Please let us know latest by 13 June 2012 if you would like to make any change of the project.

但有冇人可以指出我打果段野既錯處~我想學下野..唔會在重覆錯誤

The writing expresses the request very clearly, but has a few grammar errors. It is perfectively understood. The second line should read "Please let us know by the latest-13 June 2012-if you would like to make any change of the project." would be ideal, but the original  post is very good in making the customer understand clearly.

Personally I do not see the phrase "please kindly" as any form of negative response; it's all depends on your expression or word usage. Anyways, let's get back to the question:

We should make a deadline of the last modification of "this project" on Wednesday to improve our progress of this project.
(我意思係 想同個client定一個deadline 防止佢日日去改變個PROJECT既細節, 可以令大家既進度好d,唔會一時一樣)
[To ensure the project will be delivered on time, I would suggest all amendments to the specification shall be completed by "this Wednesday".]

Please kindly send us your idea before Wednesday if you want to change everything of this project.
(我意思係想請佢如果仲想改任何野,就係依個日期之前)
[If you have any additional comments regarding this project, can you please kindly submit them before this Wednesday?]

I do understand the word "deadline" is clearer to everyone, but in my point of view this is degrading the quality of letter. Remember, you are trying to make a very persuasive request; any strong or bold words will cause negative impact towards the readers. This is why I chose the word "completed" to replace with the word "deadline".
Anyone who is fully competent in English would not manipulate this letter into another never ending discussion. After all the message that the OP was trying to convey is simple, which is "Delay no more, :smile_30: no more of these never ending changes of the project that would jeopardize my job! LOL"

If you really do have a picky client and you wish to prevent them from further delaying the due date of this project, one of the ways would be adding slightly more details to your next action.
[To ensure the project will be delivered on time, I would suggest all amendments to the specification shall be completed by "this Wednesday" before the end of regular office hours. The comments received from you by then will be considered final and our company will begin the finalization of the project specifications processes.]

Would this be fine for you? Normally if I send this out to a very very senstive client, I might get their grumpy face in return. But this is work that needs to be done :loveliness: , correct?

yea I do agree if you have meeting minutes on hand will have less argument at the end. The down side is we don't always have meetings or meeting minutes. The only thing that could be useful by then would be the email logs.
