If you don't like the current job, I don't see why you should keep on doing it unless you think the pay is good.

No doubt the pay is good under the current economic status.
While i am still staying there until i get another better offer.  Just concern if i get back the bonus

if you have found a good opportunities (with good pay as well) or good compensation ; i can't see any reason why you should stay though.

Not sure what type of job/industry you are in?  Also, you say your "first" job, so is the bonus a large amount?

For example, I heard of Engineering companies giving several months' bonus, in which case staff generally stay longer to wait for the bonus.

But, if the bonus is not much and you can find a better job (as others have noted), why not start working towards a new and better bonus?

Another point to consider is that if you prefer to work for foreign companies or tourism-based jobs, the economy may be heading for a big downturn soon.

It all depends on whether you could find another job with better remuneration package.

if you find that your work is not suitable for you,i think leaving is a good way for you to seek for a suitable one. Take more opportunities for yourself.

To be honest....you must consider now is not right timing seek another job, unless already got the better offer related job. Especially current company is your first job, even through interview opportunities, no more working experience will lose advantage to bargain. If you're lucky may be one of candidates for the waiting list.

Go out and look at what's available and is interesting to you.
A good start would be http://www.jobs.gov.hk if you don't like going out to look

See if you qualify for the job and if the income is acceptable.

If you see many that you are interested in, you should consider leaving your job.

So, have you decided what you are going to do yet? Stay or leave?

Working environment is an important factor. If you feel uncomfortable, you should leave.
