龍潭兄，你的短信收到，區老師的”男燒衣”唱法別具一格。講開又講，南音其中有很多以前廣府(廣州)白話，現時很多年輕一輩，可能完全吾知係乜。
題外話(樓主4rex兄請諒) 龍潭兄喜歡Beatles的歌，我想介詔一個真正的印度國寶級人物給你:Ravi  Shankar  ，Beatles  初冒起時，曾到印度跟他學彈  sita  。這種樂器弦線更多，音域更廣。比結他更複雜。你若有時間，可以到Youtube  欣賞。

是啊，當年beatles常去印度找尋靈感與新音樂，所以結下這段英印淵緣。最受這位大師影響應是John Lennon；Ravi  Shankar年青時在美國發展一段頗長時間，其間與美國藉前妻誕下現今的鄉謠爵士天后Norah Jones，Ravi Shanker出席Concert for George時說：視george為兒子，又說Dhani Harrison等同他的孫兒，其實他與4小子早已是情同父子。
可惜小弟未夠斤兩品味這位大師的心靈音樂。

is very cheap, just have to pay entrance.
also saw late great oscar peterson & buddy rich both very good jazz player.

jazz is hard to say its place here, but kind of stem from the afro-american cotton pickin days, so as the blues.
i dont know the lady myself, i've seen here at the club a few times.
does have a nice voice.
I do have many older recordings form many folks here on the club.
I am using a MA audio fire wire interface to my NB.
It took me a few times to get the interface going.
Used to have an AIWA  DAT machine and it got fried now, too expensive to repair plus too old too.
Anyways will post more as time goes on.

講開賽西湖，太古公司尚有另外一個小水塘，在鯽魚涌街市入面，是太古員工宿舍後面，名叫”太古”水塘，此小水塘亦很出名，但卻出名是每年都有人在此游泳浸死，原因近排水口處是極水深。後來亦好似填平建屋了。

6·18雨災，旭和道大廈是給後面幢大廈推倒的，但當時政府欲傾全力搶救，原因是當時的英皇御用大律師”列顯倫”在里.面，他被救出來時，仲好風穌甘不斷唱隻英文歌”When I am sixty-four”，因他剛好係64歲。此事亦引來報章批評，原因同時間，雞寮的災情是大好多。另方面，民間救災更出色，任姐，白雪仙更破例重出舞台上TVB，唱了”李後主之去國歸降”及”帝女花”，任姐的揮洒自如和白雪仙的一扳一眼，現時仍可以在Youtube再看到。

所以618被稱為香港山泥傾瀉史最黑暗的一天，而本港第一次大形籌善欵節目，就在24/6晚於TVB舉辦，多位名人出錢，藝人出力，亦是香港電視史第一次通宵播出，賬災善款籌得9百多萬。

1972年6月18日，整天滂沱大雨，引發到處山泥傾瀉 ， 同一日分別在雞寮與旭龢道發生山泥傾瀉悲劇，雞寮死七十多人，旭龢道死六十多人
位處雞寮(今翠屏邨)11座旁邊的臨屋區，一幅150英呎高的天然山坡，因為連日
持續暴雨侵蝕而倒繃，被斜坡滑下的沙泥、樹木迅間淹沒，觸目驚心；由於事發在星期天不用上班，加上連日大雨，多數市民留在木屋內沒有外出，所以死傷頗嚴重。
當日民安隊、水雷炮、消防員等通宵挖掘，於斜對面球塲搭建很多帳幕為指揮中心及停屍間，記憶所及是連續2天通宵搶救，有街坊、冰室老闆派粥、麵包、舊衣物等應急；面對如此慘劇，很多街坊都睡不著圍在七層大廈騎樓觀望，黑色星期天的烙印，如今憶起也覺恐怖，難以磨烕。:funk:

thanks [/quote]Are you talking about the Whitfield Barrack ? No longer exist since 1970 and became a park named the kowloon Park until now. London Theatre has also been redeveloped into a commercial building in the 90s

There was Cherikoff or maybe Red Rooster restaurant on nathan rd.

亦都做到佢地買左幾層樓,直至當年政府想取締牌檔講如交回牌照可得6萬補償,佢地話俾夠20萬我外婆叫唔好交(不過好似最多都係做多幾年要上街巿)
牌主要經常在場俾6000文人工叫係度洗碗(當年我都唔夠3000文人工)你話檔野幾好搵可想而知
