Teach them.
The underlying cause for childish is no one is willing to teach them in office.

Work is more or less a FUN!
If their "Childish" doesn't create a negative impact to their performance then it seems no harm. Otherwise, their supervisor should have a responsibility to tell them what should be do and what should not be.....

kelvinblade 2012-9-18 05:05 PM

just ignore them

May I know more about the meaning of Childish ? It was related to the own behave of that guy or that will affect your job?

Let say, did he liaising with the others to isolate you ?or, did his behave was so green that made you feel he was not mature ?

If that did not make harm to your job, just forgive him. If that affect your personal emotion or work, attack him in the degree you can deal with.

I dont have childish colleagues at work, but i have alot of messy co-workers.

Some of them always make a mess in the kitchen and some of them dont flush toilet after they are done. These are the same people who are MDs or VPs with college education, yet their habits are pretty ghetto. Typical White Trash.

You reminding me a colleague strange act everyday, sorry "tenant", that's a bit beyond your topic:

She was a middle age woman at around 40-50. Every afternoon, she uses the steam machine to prepare her lucnch, including washing vegetables, seasoning her fresh products and than cook the rice!

Furthermore, in the tea time, she will go to the toilet and brush her teeth!

Crazy, right ?

Avoid and ignore is the best way to treat them.

Remember, you are professional and should act as such.
