公司想請法律顧問，大陸老細講明要請最 top 最勁的
(我心諗，又唔係打官司，點知勁唔勁)
我見人哋公司的法律顧問都係 XX 律師事務所，都冇 list 邊位 ....
所以我篩選咗幾間本地大行打算等老細下個月返黎揀，
但係我又唔知點樣請 (做咁多年野真係冇呢方面經驗)
請問下各位法律界人士，一般請法律顧問的程序是怎樣的呢？
跟找 IT 顧問一樣，叫佢地上黎傾下，然後 send quotation 俾我地比較那樣子嗎？律師/師爺斷分鐘收錢 ？

all u can do is find all the big co and price list from top down
see what number appeal to your bozz.
no different than going to restaurant
how much want to spend?
$200 a cup of coffee to 10
u always get what u paid for.
u provide info he made decision is his $$.
as long as u provide enough choice so it doesn't look like a conflict of interest has occurred.
u will learn more about the profession by doing these fact finding missions.
try not to retain the ones billed by mins. it can be very painful.
no set rules. whatever friendship, network u build is yours though.
if u play cards right they should stay with u for very long time.
