想易讀就唔好揀法律

in middle kingdom u can buy a judgeship, so as long as u have deep pocket u going to be OK.
Infact is a bargain & excellent deal,  inreality u need to invest time besides mulla now u can cut the time element which we all trying to use mulla to buy  quicker time.

u pay more to travel less time,
u buy an expensive car to arrive sooner.

法官制度 - 法官的資格要求
法官是依法行使國家審判權的審判人員，包括各級法院的院長、副院長、審判委員會委員、庭長、副庭長、審判員和助理審判員。法官的職責是參加合議庭和獨任審判案件。

擔任法官必須首先具備法官的資格條件。法官法第四章規定，擔任法官必須具備的條件是：
（1） 具有中華人民共和國國籍；
（2） 年滿23周歲；
（3） 擁護中華人民共和國憲法；
（4） 有良好的政治、業務素質和良好的品行；
（5） 身體健康；
（6） 高等院校法律專業畢業或者高等院校非法律專業畢業具有法律知識，工作滿2年的；或者獲得法律專業學士學位，工作滿1年的；獲得法律專業碩士學位、法律專業博士學位的，可以不受上述工作年限的限制。
曾因犯罪受過刑事處罰的或曾被開除公職的人均不得擔任法官。
另外，根據人民法院組織法規定，人民法院的正副院長、正副庭長、審判員和助理審判員以及人民陪審員必須是具有選舉權和被選舉權、年滿23歲的公民，具有法律專業知識。
