[font=新細明體]本人有律師牌，主要做[/font]corporate and commercial, Listing Rules[font=新細明體]及[/font] SFO-related [font=新細明體]的工作[/font]
[font=新細明體]亦有做過[/font] IPO， 長遠希望在  in house[font=新細明體]方向發展[/font]

[font=新細明體]想問下大家，如果以律師的職位及工作來看，而又想往[/font] in house[font=新細明體]方向發展，[/font][font=新細明體]做純商業非[/font][font=新細明體]金融機構[/font][font=新細明體]的[/font][font=新細明體]上市公司[/font][font=新細明體]，例如零售、醫藥、制造業、航運、電訊、科技等行業的公司[/font][font=新細明體][font=新細明體]的[/font] LegalCounsel，還是金融機構[/font] ([font=新細明體]包括零售、私人[/font][font=新細明體][font=新細明體]及投資銀行、[/font]資產管理及基金公司、證券行[/font])[font=新細明體] 長遠發展較好[/font]?  ([font=新細明體]註：有些分工無咁細的金融機構，[/font]Legal[font=新細明體]好可能要睇埋[/font] Compliance)  

[font=新細明體]原因是甚麼呢[/font]???

[font=新細明體]以[/font][font=新細明體]  in house[font=新細明體]方向發展來看，[/font]會不會有那個行業較適合律[/font][font=新細明體]師發展呢???   [/font][font=新細明體]或那個行業較不適合律[/font][font=新細明體]師發展呢???  [/font][font=新細明體]原因又是甚麼呢[/font]???
