Did I made a bluff that was too risky

Hi everyone, i'm in vegas for vacation and played on a 1,2 usd no limit cash game today, there is a hand I want to share with you as I'm still learning and all of your opinion will be welcomed so please give me comments and feedbacks. Ok I sat down on a table with 150$ played few hands and had a good tight image. When there was a showdown I always showed big hands. After 2 hours of play I managed to get up to 250$.

I was dealt AQ offsuit and limped under the gun
middle position open raised to 6$ ( he is a weak loose passif player )
cutoff calls,
button calls,
sb calls,
action to me and I attempted a squeeze play and reraised to 26$
everyone folds and sb calls ( sb is a nit tag )
pot 72$ to the flop
flop comes 9h9sKs
sb checks
I bet 36$
sb reraised to 80$
Since he flat called the first raise and then flat called my limp reraise. I didn't put him on a 9, especially because he plays so tight and if he had ace king, he probably reraised preflop back then.
sb could have a pocket pair, ace high flush draw or pair of Kings without the Ace kicker.
I putted him on KQ suited at best
knowing that he is tight and nitty, and that my image to him was very good. I reraised to bluff him out
I reraised all in for 146$ on top, trying to reprensent AK or AA
He thought about it for a minute then folded.
After the game, i discussed this hands with one of my friend and he said the bluff was way too risky.
I want to have comments on the way I played my hand and thank you in advance for your reply.

All 3 bets bluffs are risky, especially against a nit who has just CR and seems committed (effective stacks 146 left, he CR to 80).

Unless you are planning to play a long session with the same players, big bluffs are best avoided.  One call and you are playing serious catch-up for the rest of the session, and you don't even get advertising value if the make-up of table keeps changing and/or the players not being good enough to notice how you play.

If you read him as a passive nit, why would you want to reraise him? Small stakes nit could have played AA/KK this way.
