我係黎緊入讀EP 的學生 ~

In semester A, the core subjects EP students will study:
Advanced Reading and Writing Skills
Languages, Cultures and Communication
Introduction to English Language Studies I: The Structure of English
Language and Digital Media

EP students could select one/two elective(s), total credits in sem A: 15-18
Suggested total credits in sem A: 15

19/8 開始web add/drop, 係AIMS 度click "Course Registration" and then "Registration Status and Time Ticket" 就可以睇到你自己web add/drop 的時間

In semester B, the core subjects EP students will study:
World Englishes
Advanced English Grammar
Organisational Culture and Communication
Advanced Speaking and Listening Skills

EP students could select one/two elective(s), total credits in sem B: 15-18
Suggested total credits in sem B: 15

Core subjects 你enrol 後就會reg 俾你, 你唔需要自己reg

係, 每個sem at least 12 credits, at most 18 credits
個4科electives offered by Department of English + 4 GE electives 要自己睇master class schedule 及programme structure, 然後web add/drop add ge

未enrol 都可以login AIMS, 係master class schedule 度睇到有BA2 EP Cohort 2013 students reg 左以上ge core subjects

Course exemption 可以申請, 成功ge 可以用其他electives 代替
你都係from hkcc?

要ELECTIVE呀? 我見到有D LANGUAGE 科係"out-of-discipline" , 即係唔可以要用呢科去代替?

乜master class schedule仲有OOD呢個column?:smile_41:
外語依家應該係free electives, 咩學系只要你有credits冇time conflict呢d科仲有quota就可以add:)

不過我見到"not for BAEP" , 即係無得揀啦? :')

咁呀....有機會係:smile_35:
但係你個programme structure會唔會本身已經有類似科目(我冇時間去check)
又或者呢科會唔會已經有部分quota留咗比你地add架?:smile_41:

hi 我係讀 EP 的，來緊升year 2
自從上年開始，因為334嘅關係，所有program（包括SF program）都要轉4年制
所以所有SF program就變成(4-2) system
亦因為咁，我哋EP 就變成:
program: BA2 (讀兩年)——而唔係BAEP
major: EP

所以我哋應該係可以讀外語courses - given that you have money to afford the EXTRA cost

有好多個都係有一喳sf program寫住not for [/quote]那已經是過去式
2012年之前入學的學生，他們修讀的是 BAEP programme, EP major（就是你所講的 not for）
但從2012年開始，English for the Professions 的新生是修讀 BA2 programme, EP major（而BA2 programme並無列入 not for 的 list 內）
只需要查一下 AIMS 就會一清二楚 (Student Record -> My Status -> My Student Status) —— 留意Programme 和 Major是什麼

如果是BA2 programme, EP major 的話，即使是SF program，只要你能夠付額外的學費，你就可以讀歐洲語言courses (CLA2x0x, 3x0x)
