Assuming the deceased's domicile is in the mainland, it will be rather complicated. PRC legal opinion has to be obtined and filed to state who are the beneficiaries and who are entitled to take out the grant. Further documents from the mainland have to be filed to prove relationship. Instruct a law firm to file the application.
