I would like to apply a claim at Tribunal Court and see if there is any sample letter for writing this kind of "grounds of claim" (both
eng or chin) for my references as I have been trying hard to find and write it.
Anyone have the idea of format or where I can find this kind of document.
Thank you very much.

some court worker maybe kind enough to help u to fill out the claim, it depends on how lengthy it is.
Then u have to know the procedures too. Some judge can be sympathetic to your cause and cut u some slack. if its first time u need to do extra more research.
attend court proceedings as often as u can.
then is the amount of free time u have.

which tribunal are you referring to ? small claims? labour? you can find standard forms in judiciary website for reference, explore it yourself
lawyers are not allowed to attend tribunal hearings, even if they prepare documents for you, you have to present the case by yourself

Exactly. If the other side gets a lawyer to prepare everything for him, and you don't, then you are at a disadvantage.
