I have received offers from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) for Global Economics and Finance, and from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (UST) for business college.
I know the ranking of UST is higher than CUHK for Economics, but CUHK's Global Economics and Finance seems to be very good as it only has 25 places every year.
Can someone, especially those working in the finance/banking/investment banking and other economics-related industries, please give me some advice. I mean, in terms of job prospects.
Thanks a lot!

For econ research and business, UST > CU > HKU
UST ecof is the most mathematically (though still not really enough) among the three and will give a edge in further study. CU econ is not far behind butGEF is designed more in career aspect and thus a bit soft in this sense. HKU E&F is nothing in this but u have the freedom to plan it urself
CU GEF hv the smallest class size, UST is a bit larger but similar in mangitude.
HKU E&F have a huge class.
For UST u risk the risk of not able to choose ECOF as there are competition after the first year. HKU E&F and CU GEF is for sure.
