Just back from Lily Beach and share the experience.
Took off from Singapore to Male, after arrived and passed the custom, went to counter just outside the custom area for Lily Resort (could check the exact counter location close to the luggage claim area). There was a helper there to help us check in to Seaplane. Then we took the shuttle bus to other terminal and waited in the Lily Resort Lounge. There were free drinks and wifi (little slow). Good that our departure time had not delay and only took 25 - 30 mins to arrive Lily. Then there was a boat to pick us to the resort from the Seaplane stop and led us to the reception waiting area. They served welcome drinks and gave us the room key and introduced the detail of the island and activities (some need to pay).
There were mainly 3 restaurants and bars in the island and they were free... except some wine and fine dining. The rest was just enjoy the sun and beach. My package included a 45 mins spa, but could not expect much if you were massage lover....
Free wifi in the island but not too good in main entrance area. Every room has own router so signal was better. In general, very good experience.... water is clear and many fishes. Water Villa is very good and comfortable. Service is very good. There are few Chinese work there, so no need to worry about language problem.

I joined through Travel Channel, the package was quite expensive, honeymoon package >HKD$50. We tried 2 types of room, sand villa and sunset water villa. If not book sunset water villa, it might be cheaper.
