Suppose the developer is just "path paving" for the Woodside sale in coming few days. The price raise in Woodsville was only applied n two units, and only 3 units in apartment is still witheld by NW, not on sale. Real financial benefit is minimal , but just a gimmick.

Me also haven't received anything and I was one of the 1st buyer back in July.   They can't delay it anymore bcoz they must notify the buyer 1 month before than can extend any further.

Anyone know what would be the procedure now? bcoz I am a 1st time buyer. thanks

I also got the notification yesterday, may be you could call solicitor house if you still have not received the letter yet.....

Just called New World and tey told me their lawyer has started sending out letters and expect all letters will be sent out by the end of May.  Seems like New world doesnt have the exact information of which tower or which stage's owner will receive letter first.  All matters are in their lawyers hand

The units with less defects will handover first, but those with relatively more o/s works or defects will be later.
It is normal for the main contractor to buy time to fix it.

For info. The club house has been ready for the temporary "hand-over office" now

I am in tower 10.
Entry is still not allowed, except those has made appointment for hand-over.
However, observation from outside, it looks good already for take-over. Most landscape is done. Club house get ready.
Will sign document this week. Hope to take over next week la

大家好,我都收到信,等上律師樓簽字。
另大家覺得管理費合理嗎?
我個人覺得尚可,開頭擔心了很久怕低密度會很貴( ̄▽ ̄)

I already been solicitor. Now just waiting for completion, hopefull get developer hand-ober letter this Wed.
Will make hand-over appointment at once, target make it on this friday or saturday.

I also reckon the mgt fee is ok, lower that what I expected before.
Some rumours said it may cost $3.4 per feet before..... Terrible!
