Will it more easier for admission as it's less preferable for students who are not willing to give up their incomes?

if you're asking whether admission committees prefer students over those who are currently working, then I believe the answer is no. work experience is definitely a factor in play, but i'm sure they will use a holistic approach when assessing.
i may have misunderstood your question... could you try rephrasing?

1. only CU offers part-time JD
2. more places for Full time JD > easier admission

My advice for you is : don't do it.
It's not worth it. :)
You will thank me later
