今天與法國朋友有空一起聊聊天，又開臺泡普洱茶。
今次朋友帶來法國薔薇花茶有新意，

我本身向來有泡玫瑰綠茶，另外臨瞓前嚟杯洋甘菊（因為失眠），但最近因為fb健康資訊share來share 去，知道飲熱檸檬水（無糖）有益，咁就懊惱了，人一日八杯水咋嘛，點飲得咁多野先，所以，我咪諗，不如一take過，唔知得唔得@@
